This service is prepared at our Buffalo Grove location, but is available to all Kedvon Pharmacy patients. Individuals can also request this packaging for a monthly fee of $15.00.

Each monthly package includes clearly organized medication pouches that are customized for each patient by the time of day that they need to take those specific medications. Every pouch is labeled with:

• Patient name

• Medication names and doses

• Medication instructions

• Date and time of administration (morning, afternoon, evening, or custom schedules)

This system helps ensure patients take the right medication at the right time, every day. It reduces confusion, minimizes medication errors, and supports better long-term health outcomes.
