Vaccines

Shingrix (Shingles Vaccine) – 2 Shot Series

Shingrix helps protect adults from shingles, a painful rash caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox. It is recommended for adults age 50 and older and is given as a 2-shot series. This vaccine can also help prevent long-term nerve pain that sometimes happens after shingles.

Engerix-B (Hepatitis B Vaccine)

Engerix-B helps protect against Hepatitis B, a serious liver infection spread through blood and body fluids. The vaccine is recommended for adults, healthcare workers, travelers, and people with certain medical conditions. It helps lower the risk of liver disease and liver cancer caused by Hepatitis B.

Boostrix (Tdap Vaccine)

Boostrix protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough). Tetanus can enter the body through cuts or wounds, while pertussis is a highly contagious cough illness. This vaccine is recommended for teens and adults, especially pregnant women and people around babies.

Prevnar Vaccine

Prevnar helps protect against pneumococcal disease, which can cause pneumonia, bloodstream infections, and meningitis. It is commonly recommended for older adults and people with certain health conditions. The vaccine helps strengthen protection against serious bacterial infections.

Flucelvax (Flu Vaccine)

Flucelvax is a seasonal flu vaccine that helps protect against influenza viruses during flu season. Getting a flu shot each year can reduce the risk of severe illness, missed work or school, and flu-related complications. It is recommended for most adults and children every year.
